Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Content of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by HAUSCH Sdn Bhd.

Users shall agree that HAUSCH Sdn Bhdmay send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. via email to the user.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. HAUSCH Sdn Bhd will not be related or involved to/with any such website if the user’s content/product(s) got damaged or lost via the third party site.

Inaccuracy Information

From time to time, there may be information on www.hausch.com.my that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to the product description, pricing, availability and article content. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please refer to our “Return and Refund Policy”.

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until the customer or HAUSCH Sdn Bhd terminate this agreement at any time. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, we may also terminate the agreement with the customer without prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

1. This warranty applies to some specified products purchased at all HAUSCH Sdn Bhd physical stores & Online stores subject to the warranty coverage by the brands and manufacturer.

2. Please be inform that the defect or damage item to be return for an exchange must be presented with the ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT and subject to HAUSCH final approval.

3. A warranty card that already stamped only can be posted with supplier or manufacturer.

4. Please be notice that customers must keep and show the Original Receipt with a copy of warranty card as a proof of purchasing upon claiming their warranty

5. Kindly, be informed that HAUSCH Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decline any warranty claims to the following conditions:

• Warranty can be given within up to 6 month from the date of purchase or subject to the manufacturers’ warranty coverage on customize furniture.
• However, no warranty claim is allowed if defective due to Customer’s own mishandling, misuse and negligence of their own assembly.
• Strictly no warranty claims are allowed if customer attempts to repair, adjust or do any modification of the instrument by any THIRD PARTIES other than HAUSCH Sdn Bhd’s personnel.

6. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser and none of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions may be assigned or transferred.

7. HAUSCH Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change and modify the Terms of Warranty at any time without prior notice.
