Shipping and Delivery policies

We currently ship within Klang Valley & Peninsular Malaysia only excluding off-shore islands with no bridge access, such as Langkawi, Tioman etc. We have covered a variety of shipping details which are explained below.

Standard Delivery Rates

• Delivery only provided to Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia only.
• Item(s) delivered by truck will be handled by our skilled in-house transport and delivery team. This way, we can ensure to have better control of our delivery punctuality and quality service at your door.
• Delivery is available on Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays, there’s no additional charges for delivery on weekend.

Standard Courier Delivery

We also provided Standard Courier delivery for this type of below item such as:
(a) Lighting
(b) Home decorative Items
(c) Artificial plants
(d) Electrical & hardware products
*Express Delivery service like Lalamove or GrabExpress to be borne by customer

Delivery Arrangement

Our logistic department will contact you 1-2 days in advance with the confirm date and time of the delivery. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time and register with the residence management (if needed).

Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation

Any canceling/changing of date and time need to inform to Hausch at least 3 days of advance (by calling to customer service department.) Please be note there is No delivery on Sunday and public holidays.If customer signed up for renovation service, must notify customer that the furniture delivery will be on the next trip until renovation and deaning fully completed.

Same Day Delivery/Self Pickup

We do not provide same-day delivery as our delivery schedule. However, if you wish to get your item(s) on the day you purchase, you may arrange a self-pickup from our HAUSCH Showroom.

Labour Charges

• An Additional charge of RM50/person will apply for the labour cost of moving and assembly item.
• Additional charges for each level for premises without lift: RM30 per level.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] or contact Our Customer Service via WhatsApp 012-9728966 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
