Request to Return or Exchange:

Please take note for all return or exchange requests shall be made not more than 14 working days from the date of purchase/received.
All items purchased online through HAUSCH are returnable and exchangeable subject to the company’s Term & Conditions.
If you have received any damaged, incorrect product or missing product(s), please reach out to our Customer Service team (012-9728966) within 48 hours from the date you received your order. The team will be assisting you on your issue. No returns will be accepted after 14 working days.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of being used. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of products caused by customers. Once we have received your return at our showroom.We will refund the payment either in cash or in the same manner as your original payment within 14 working days – include credit card refund of receiving the returned item at Showroom. Refund sample – No refund

Refund is restricted to over-payment or redundant payment caused by technical related glitch during the payment process. If in case of refund, the Product & Services that you purchased may be cancelled, and such cancellation takes effect within the next 24 – 48 hours through original method of payment. In the event that your account is found involved in any fraudulent transaction(s), we reserve the right at our sole discretion to temporarily suspend your Account. Submit Request to Return or Exchange:

Please take note for all return or exchange requests shall be made not more than 14 working days upon receiving of goods. We reserve the rights to reject any requests made after the allowed period. Goods shall be returned in its original condition and including packaging (if any, such as packaging box). If returned product show sign of wear off or damages will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase:

You are required to provide the below:
• Proof of purchase (Confirmation of Order, Invoice)
• Proof of payment (bank in slip, payment transfer slip)
• Proof of receiving of goods (Delivery Order, shipping receipt, shipping bill)
• Valid reasons for return or exchange

Cancellation Due to Color Difference:

Colors of item on website may differ due to lighting, production or manufacturing process, device resolution and setting, and etc. Cancellation or refund due to color variation will not be entertained.

Cost of Return & Exchange of Goods:

All delivery cost of returning and receiving replaced goods will be charged to you. All returned goods are subject to inspection and evaluation. Accepting the returned goods does not indicate acceptance of the request for return. The assessment will take approximately – 7 working days
